I love supporting other local businesses as much as I can. You can do so much to support others in your community by simply following them on social media, liking and interacting on their posts, telling a friend, or of course purchasing something from them. I am happy to announce that I will have a series of blog posts that feature local businesses and boss babes that I love to support! First up, Crystal Lex Energy!
Back in April I did a collab giveaway with the wonderful soul, Lexi. I'm so excited to share her beautiful story with you all.
"I’ve always had a love for rocks + gems since a young age. A couple years out of high school in 2016, I started collecting a bit but, it wasn’t until when I was in the hospital in 2019 when I truly fell in love with learning about them + their healing properties. I was diagnosed randomly with a rare syndrome that completely paralyzed me for months. During this time when I started to gain feeling + be able to talk again, my cousins brought me a Gemini crystal healing kit with Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Amethyst earrings and a key chain with Green Aventurine on it. Since I couldn’t get out of bed for a couple months, I started ordering different crystals online from probably the first website I found. I ordered Malachite, Chrysocolla, Moss Agate, etc.. + def payed way too much but, I didn’t know that or, care. My parents brought the packages to the hospital + from the moment when I opened them to immediately feeling their different vibes, I fell in love. Crystals have helped me get through the hardest time in my life when I needed to be the strongest I’ve ever had in my life. After about a year of the healing process, I was really getting back to normal besides a few things that take longer to fully heal. At this point, I was buying crystals from different shops on Facebook/Instagram… like a lot of crystals!! Then, I became a mother in 2020 to my beautiful baby boy, Luca. My everything. The reason I opened my shop was to create a safe space for others to heal with me, learn about crystals + feel connected to their highest self. A place where everyone can feel welcome, loved + be open to life’s positive possibilities while admiring the wonders of the earth. Change is possible, miracles are possible + ultimate healing is possible.
This whole experience has been a beautifully wild ride + a huge growing/learning experience for me. My confidence has soared from being in this community + so many of my goals have manifested into reality. Crystal Lex Energy will celebrate its 2 year anniversary in August + Luca will be turning 2 in June. There’s still a lot of work to be done within myself + with the biz but, good things take patience + true love. Thanks to crystals, my angels + the crystal community, I know I’m right where I’m supposed to be."
